Construction and executive design for the expansion of the production plant.

Structural analysis of the warehouse in Maksymilianowo. In plan, the facility is divided into two parts with different spans. The supporting structure is a portal frame in which the columns are made of H-sections and the girder is made of  I-sections. Tie rods made of circular cross-section rods were used in the transverse frame. The axial spans between the columns of individual parts are 25 m and 21.85 m. Their lengths are 30 m and 25 m, respectively. The total axial length of the building is 55 m. The spacing between the individual transverse systems is 5 m. Intermediate columns are used in the longitudinal walls as a substructure of the wall covering. The roof covering is made of sandwich panels and is based on purlins made of cold-formed Z-profiles. The structure was braced with horizontal roof braces and vertical inter-column braces in the outermost fields of the transverse system of the building. The axial height from the ±0.00 level to the eaves is 7.4 m, while the height at the ridge is 11.95 m. The facility was founded on direct foundations such as footings.
